1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement within 24 hours of receiving your order only if:

The product arrived damaged

The product is defective or faulty

You received the wrong item

The product is expired

Note:
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Used or opened cosmetics

Lipsticks, mascaras, eyeliners, foundations (opened/used)

Skincare products that have been opened

Items damaged due to misuse

Sale/discounted items (unless damaged or wrong)

3. How to Request a Return

Order number

Product photos/videos showing damage or issue

Packaging pictures

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered

Product received damaged/defective

Order cancelled before shipping

Refund Options:

Store Credit / Voucher (fastest method)

Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash

Refund to original payment method (if applicable)

Refund processing time: 3–7 working days after approval.

5. Exchange Policy

If the requested product is available in stock, we can offer an exchange instead of a refund.

Exchange allowed when:

Wrong shade/item sent

Damaged product received

Customer may need to return the product via courier (instructions provided after approval).

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

COD orders with repeated cancellations will be blocked for future orders.

7. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is:

Lost,

Not delivered, or

Returned to sender,

We will issue a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
