1. Shipping Locations
We deliver all over Pakistan, including:
Punjab
Sindh
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Balochistan
Azad Kashmir & Gilgit Baltistan
Parcel delivery is handled by trusted courier partners.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location:
Major Cities: 2–3 working days
Other Cities: 3–5 working days
Remote Areas: 5–7 working days
Note: Weather conditions, events, or courier delays may affect delivery time.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard delivery charges apply as per courier rates.
Shipping fee will be mentioned clearly at checkout.
Free delivery on selected deals or promotions (if applicable).
4. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next working day.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or national holidays.
After your order is shipped, you will receive:

Courier tracking number
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available nationwide.
Please ensure:
Valid phone number
Accurate address
Availability at the time of delivery
Repeated refusals or fake orders may result in order blocking.
6. Order Tracking
After dispatch, customers can track their order by using:
Tracking link or code sent via SMS/WhatsApp
Courier helpline or website
If you face difficulty tracking your order, contact us anytime.
7. Missing, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If you receive:
A damaged item
A wrong product
A missing product
A tampered package
Contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Provide unboxing video/pictures for verification.
We will offer:
Replacement
Exchange
Refund (as per policy)
8. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender
If the courier fails to deliver due to:
Incorrect address
No response from the customer
Multiple attempts failed
The parcel may return to us.
We will contact you to arrange reshipping (additional shipping charges may apply).
9. Delivery During Sales or High Volume Periods
During sales, Eid, New Year, or mega events, delivery may take longer than usual.
We appreciate your patience during peak seasons.
